The most common way to use essential oils is to inhale them, either directly out of the bottle or by using a diffuser. You can also dilute essential oils with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin. Or you can get creative and add the mixture to cream, body wash or bath water. Carrier Oils: Coconut oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Nut and Seed Oil Properties: Anti-inflammation, antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant. Useful for reducing spasms, reduce gas (flatulence), stimulate appetite, stimulates the immune system, fights parasites, increase blood flow and contains a chemical that might work like insulin to lower blood sugar.
